A short time ago my bank charged me one too many times and i decided to fight back at what i seen as excessive
charges. I done a bit of research and figured out that these charges are technically illegal. I researched the points i thought
i could use and armed with numerous sources of reference i contacted my bank. Within an hour i had the charges reversed. Then
next day i thought about all the charges from previous times from simple direct debits for as little as £3 being returned
which the bank had charged me £38 a time for so i contacted my bank again and within an 10 minutes i had £500+ credited to
my account.
This got me thinking further to a bank account i had preciously used that had charges placed upon it.
After a little bit more resistance than the previous bank had put up i had ALL of my charges reversed
for the past 3 years on this account.
Feeling bouyed by this success i started to think about others in a similar predicament to myself and i contacted
my eldest daughters bank and had £250 returned to her account. Similarly a friend whom i knew wasnt well off i managed to
have her bank return £750 to her account in just over 2 weeks which came in handy for her christmas shopping.
So i find myself here wishing to help others as i assume there must be tens of thousands of people if
not more in the uk who have been charged these ridiculous amounts by their banks for returned direct debits , credit card
charges and returned cheques to name but a few.
I am not the most diverse at creating websites but in this site i will try and outline some useful information
and i will also offer a representation service where on your behalf i shall act to have your charges reversed to you.
If you dont get anything there wont be a charge , if i am able to have your charges refunded as would be the
case 99% of the time there will be a small fee to cover my costs and time but again this is only if i get your charges reversed
so there is no risk and nothing to pay up front.
I am aware that in the uk banks and financial institutions have made in the region of £3billion in recent
times from these charges which again are actually illegal as i will outline on this site so i presume there are a lot of yous
